Today was certainly an easier day with a shorter stage but mainly the low temperature helped the riders recover from yesterday. Francesco keeps his pace and slowly climbing the results. Tomorrow the riders will enter Chile through a long 600km liaison that will bring them up to 4.800 Mt! The special stage will feature 2 different sections starting at an altitude of almost 3.000Mt on hard pack with rocks for the first 200km to then descend and enter the big dunes of Copiapo for the remaining 100km.
