FUEL CAPACITY
The fuel capacity on this bike is almost 30 litres which translates into an autonomy of over 300 km on off road riding. The tanks are made out of plastic and are directly connected to each other without the need of an extra pump. In case you do not need the Dakar minimum autonomy (250km + 10%) you can race this kit even with the front OEM EXC fuel tank.

FACTORY ELECTRONICS
For the first time in rally history you will be able to troubleshoot the diagnosis of your bike at the touch of a hand thanks to the WiFi connection between your smartphone and Ecu unit. No need of internet, just simply connect directly to the Ecu!
Using the direct WiFi connection you will also have the chance to fully customize your setting and even modify ignition and fuel injection.
TRACTION CONTROL
10 level Traction control on your handlebar thanks to the GPA switch which lets you adjust on the go the traction of your bike while you are riding. Switch from the different levels without the need to stop and find the perfect traction on all surfaces.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT
The Ktm Exc 450-500 Rally comes equipped with the complete navigation system which consists in:
– Electric Roadbook Holder (With Backlight)
– RNS Tripmaster (With Backlight)
– REBEL Handlebar Command (Roadbook/Tripmaster)
Furthermore the position of the navigation system can be adjusted increasing or decreasing the angle of the support plate. Always on the nav support there is space for a 2nd trip master underneath the road book holder and a Speedocap on the top.
NAVIGATION TOWER & BRACKETS
The navigation tower is machined from solid and uses a new patented system where it is mounted directly inside the steering head without any holes drilled on the frame. The tower also has:

COMPLETE STICKER KIT IN CRYSTAL
The rally kit comes with a complete crystal material sticker kit which other than giving the looks of the Ktm EXC 2016 model range to your bike it also acts as a protection due to the thick adhesive material used. There is also the possibility to have the Rally kit with a custom graphic to feature team sponsors and logos.
